Natural Cottage Cheese – 150g
Elmlea Single Cream – 30 ml
Blueberries – 25g
Ground Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
Canderel Granulated Sweetener – 1 tsp
How to make
1. Start by blending your cottage cheese so that the curds are obliterated and its more of a paste.
2. Add your blueberries [save 3 of them] to the blender as well as the single cream and blend into the mixture for 1 minute
3. Add your ground cinnamon and sweetener and blend for another minute
4. Carefully spoon this mixture into your serving dish
5. Top with those 3 blueberries you had saved
6. Add 100 ml of water to the frying pan and mix in your ground herbs, continue stirring until the water has reduced by half
7. Serve and enjoy
