I love this low carb milk, chocolate and regular. The chocolate is only 3 carbs per 8 oz., and both are high in protein. I don't drink it constantly, or every day, but it sure works for me, I mostly use them in a smoothie I make. I use either the plain or choc., mix in a couple of scoops of egg white protein, or whey protein, both of which are loaded with amino acids and such. The yogurt's not bad either.
I haven't seen much mentioned about them on these sites, so thought I'd ask if anyone does use these, what are your favorite way?
O.K. O.K, I know someone is going to mention something bad about ingredients here, but they save me from bad carb cravings!
