welcome to Low Carb Eating... and the Low Carb Way of Life.
It really is one of the simplest ways of eating.... sometimes getting thru the first few weeks is the toughest -- but sometimes not.
I found that within a few weeks, i completely lost the desire to eat certain foods...
Drink lots of water - that is helpful too, and get some exercise if you can... even if it just starts with walking.
Read as much as you can, as when you understand the how's and why's of this WOE, it makes so much sense.
