Hi, the first time I tried low carb I was following Atkins, but did not do it right and a few weeks later gave up.
I have started again on 2nd of Jan but this time not only I wanted to do it right, but I also wanted to know better how it works. I read a bunch of books, one of which took me here and I can't believe it took me 40 years to understand how to eat properly.
I was weighing 135Kg (297 pounds) and now I am at 123Kg (271 pounds). My aim is to get down to 95-100Kg (209-220 pounds) as I was 11 years ago. At 190cm (6.2 feet), big build and heavy muscles, it is going to take a while, probably until the end of the year. I am not in a hurry.
I look forward to learn more in this forum and to exchange experiences.
