I have been eating low carb since May 14th, 2012. I was having trouble getting my sugar readings down and my neighbor told me she was doing low carb. So I just started copying what she was doing.....and wa la!!! So far I have lost 16.6 lbs. and my glucose readings have dropped dramatically....from 170-210 to 98-120. We do walk every day which I'm sure has helped.
