Well I have been going off and on many times over the last month or so. just as I get back in the swing. I get hit with stress at work or home and pow I fall back on my weakness, carbs. I give myself nice little excuses like I have to be able to function at work and the carbs let me do that. Well the reality is the carbs make me sleepy, make me soft, they don’t' help me think. They actually dumb me down and make me just go with it. Anyways I need to stop putting the poison in my body (I mean the processed carbs) and just stick to the list of good vegi's and meats that I have.
Wish me luck. Actually luck doesn't have anything to do with it. Wish me strength of character instead.
