Hi all,
I found your site about a week ago and I've gotten alot of good info from it. I started Atkins Aug. 31st and I've lost 24 lbs.
I feel I must be one of the lucky ones. I have seen alot about the Atkins bars and I have eaten them pretty much since day 1. I eat a Breakfast Bar every morning. I haven't had any weeks that I haven't lost weight. I was just wondering if anyone else out there has been able to eat them with success? I kind of got a little scared when I saw the replies about them stalling weight loss. I am thinking maybe I should stop using them. Does that make since??? or would they have already affected me if they were going to?
