Thread: Spinach casserole

Hi,
I have a spinach casserole recipe I just thought about making since most of the ingredients I think are allowed: eggs, spinach, but I am not sure if Velvetta and cottage cheese are acceptable foods?? Can anyone tell me if Velvetta is allowed???

Velvetta is probably not since most processed cheese contain added sugars. Check the ingredients panels to be sure.

i get the same effect of velveta if i use cheddar and milk... by warming milk and slowly adding and whisking in cheese till it gets to the consistancy of meltd velveta
