I don't know what my ccll is at this point. I know this is dumb on my part but..... I'm into my 7th week and should be at 45 grams per day. Most days I don't eat that much. Usually between 30-40 per day. I haven't lost any weight this week, but I thought it was due to the sugar-free candy I overindulged in. Help! Should I stay at 40 carbs or less or keep uping my carbs? Sorry this is so long, but I don't know that to do.
