Hi to all... I'm just starting today and as the title says I need to lose 155 lbs!
Any and all tips would be appreciated--I haven't been on a "real" diet for a few years now. I have thyroid disease and little ones and I just couldn't get it together for the longest time, but now I am ready to shed some (or all) of this excess weight for good!!! Thanks!!!![]()
