Down just half a pound this morning. I'll take it!

    How did everyone else do?

Still 162--but I won't be after the way I have eaten the last two days--the water weight will kick in sooner or later!

After steading losses I've lost nothing this week. Which I am Ok with, I knew it might happen. Haven't been perfectly on track. I'll just keep plugging through and do better this week.

uh, i'm up a few. about 4, i think. which, of course, i don't count. and it's not a surprise, particularly. it's been a bit stressful and i've been pretty lax on watching how much junk i eat. so whatever. i know i'm not going anywhere...

congrats rob, and cushie, maintaining is an accomplishment as well!

    happy losses to everyone else.

I have lost another pound which I can't take credit for. My Dad passed away suddenly and I have no appetite. So, I'm a half pound from goal.

Donna - I'm so sorry about your Dad. When I lost my mother, many years ago, i had just lost 54 pounds. I did the emotional eating thing until I had gained most of it back. It's an easy trap to fall into once the immediate shock of this large a loss is over. Come here often for emotional and dietary support.

Donna--so sorry to hear about your loss. Come here often for support. . .both with your loss and with your way of eating.

Thank you to everyone for your kind words. I'm still in kind of shock but I know my Dad wouldn't want me to gain all my weight back so I'm going to stick with this way of eating. I'm just the lucky one to have had such a wonderful man for a father.

I am with Goddess...up about 4 lbs, but I am going to deny it! The last two weeks have been really crazy...travelling for work, week long visit from the mother-in-law, a two day weekend wedding celebration in Washington, D.C. It should be gone within a few days if I buckle down!

And to Donna, I can't imagine the loss you must be feeling right now. You are in my thoughts and prayers...most importantly take care of yourself.
