Hi Tina,
Welcome to LCE

One of the *perks* of induction is to rid your body of craving sugar/sweets. If you can stay the course without consuming so called *LC treats", you will be all the stronger for it; really.
But....we are only human, eh? Dr Atkins recommended sf gelatin(sf jello) topped with a bit of whipped cream; that is induction friendly.
Shhhhh...don't tell....but I've been known to sweeten a spoon of cream cheese with splenda, add a tsp of cocoa powder, roll it into a ball and put it in the freezer for 5 minutes or so.
Tastes like a frozen truffle.

you might also want to try the mock danish, stickied in the cooking forum. it's sweet and comfort-foodish.

My sweet tooth is untamable! I find that when I crave something sweet, sometimes just a hot cup of sweetened tea or coffee is all it takes to cut the craving. It's comforting, soothing, and usually just enough.

The more sweet things I eat, even made with artificial sweetener, the more I seem to want, so I have to limit the sweet treats.

Induction is your fuel starter...wait to eat the lc bars and such til that is over. I believe that they should be used as a maintenance tool.
They stall me out for days....careful.

I mix (in a blender or food processor) a tub of tofu with sugar free chocolate fudge pudding mix. The creamier the tofu the creaming the pudding. So now you have chocolate pudding that has protien and very little carbs
