I don't know if Franz is a national company but Franz has a bread called Net 4. Maybe everyone knows about this but I thought I'd pass it on just in case. It has 10 carbs and 6 fiber per slice for a net 4 carbs per slice. It tastes very good, mostly like normal bread.
Can someone confirm this is ok? Am I figuring this correctly? Could I actually have toast with my eggs and 1/2 of a real sandwich instead of using lettuce leaves for bread?
6 grms, of fiber must also be a good thing, right?
Somebody PLEASE tell me I'm right about this.

This is not a local product for me, but I checked their website. Given the latitude mfrs are given to round various macronutrients up and down, I would say count a slice as 5 carbs. So, there's no reason why this couldn't figure into some of the middle stages of most low carb diet.

Where do I find it?

Franz bakeries are located in the pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon, California and Idaho). Their website says that they don't have mail order at this time.
