| My pack lunch is pretty much the same every day too. I have 3 slices of bacon, a turkey and cheese rollup, and a few macadamia nuts.

| I have recently began having a few almonds, chicken salad with canned white chicken , manonaise, and celery, and a few cucumber slices. Sometimes i will have a stick of string cheese but often i am full after the almonds and chicken salad. |

| I tend to do a bunch of cooking on weekends, which gives me a variety of leftovers which I can pack up for lunch throughout the week. Throw in the occasional nut, raw veggies, cheese ... etc and I'm generally covered all day. I have the advantage of a fridge and microwave at work, so I have lots of possibilities. I've been brining my own lunch for many years now since it's the easiest way to know what I'm actually eating.

| My favorite is egg salad with tons of pickles. The girls at work sure complain about it though!

| I work from home also, but I like tuna salad, salmon salad, chicken salad, egg salad, ham salad, etc. And now I have learned to wrap them in lettuce with tomatoes, onions and cheese......the possibilities are endless. katlupe |

| I recently had to pack lunch to attend a school field trip with my kindergartner and I packed 2 cups spring mix (helps cut the monotony of ice burg or romaine) topped with hard boiled egg, ham slices (check labels they do make ham without nitrates, it is a bit more expensive but worth it) 1/2 cucumber and 6 grape tomatoes, and pack the ranch separate. And for later snack 1/2 cup cubes jicama (found at wegmans in the produce section, approved for all phases of Atkins.) salad is about: 8.9 grams of net carbs. and Jicama is 2.5. |

| I forgot one of my favorites - deviled eggs! Sometimes I carry hard boiled eggs and/or cheese cubes with me when I think I might not make it home from somewhere. Antipasto or chef salads are good too. katlupe |

| I usually have salad everyday for lunch. But each week I try to use different topping so I am not just eating the same old salad every week. One week to chef, one do ceasar, one do greek, one taco etc... I also use different kind of lettuce every week. Like one week I will have romaine, and the next week iceburg, then the following week the spring mix. Sometimes I just have bacon bits, shredded cheese and ranch dressing. I alway have some kind of salad everyday. |

| We get to go home for lunch every day, and we usually just do leftovers from supper the night before. Today, though, was sausage and farm-fresh eggs, fried. Our egg man's chickens are laying again, hooray! And a handful of blackberries. And half a lavash flatbread. Sometimes for me it's just a protein shake, if there aren't enough leftovers for 2.
