Does anyone have a good recipe for low carb chocolate fudge? I have gotten my friend who was having major problems with blood sugars and was very overweight hooked on the low carb way of life. She has enjoyed trying new dishes that I make but says she really wants a piece of fudge. She has probably lost somewhere in the neighborhood of 50 pounds and blood sugars have dropped from high 3 and 4 hundreds to high 1 hundreds and low 2 hundreds. So I thought I would try to find a good recipe and make it. I have done one recipe in the past that had something like 16 ounces of cream cheese in it and it wasnt great.
