| Wanna know which "diet" came out best on all comparisons? ATKINS. Low carb in general came out way ahead of low fat, Mediterranean, and other specific plans both for immediate loss and sustained loss (within the scope of the study). Also, Low carb showed the best results for lowering blood pressure, cholesterol, triglyceride and other heart health measures. Big surprise? No. "A low-carb diet consistently produced the greatest weight loss." says the expert. "So this plan, combined with exercise, seems to be a good place to start." And a good place to stay. |

| Good place for me to have stayed for more than 10 years now. Nice to know others are "discovering" it.
