| Dylan, Why are you taking Potassium? Unless you are sweating/excreting out massive amounts, or having leg cramps during workouts, or running, you probably don't need to supplement. Here is a list of K+ rich foods; some are NOT LC, but cabbage, cucumber, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, are, along with salad greens. You should be including all of these in your eating plan(hopefully you like all these super-good-for-you, veggies) Personally, I would never take more than 1 (one) K+ tablet a day. In the summertime, when I STBO (Sweat The Big One) biking or walking, on rare occasion, I do take 1, and only 1, potassium tab. hth s

| OK, thanks. I was hoping I could gain some more energy and I thought I was experiencing some cramping in my legs but I think they were just sore. I'll probably stick to my multi, magnesium, senna, fish oil, flaxseed oil, green tea supp, and melatonin at night. |

| And, don't forget about avocados. My personal favorite source of potassium.

| 1/2 is my limit, kat. More than that would be over my personal limit. I just put the other half away and know that "tomarra is anothuh day."
