Default Counting spices in carb counts?

I was playing around with fitday today and trying to determine how what I've been eating lately is leading to my weight gain.

I've been doing a mocha egg creme shake for breakfast
Lunch: taco salad made with 2 cups lettuce, 3-4oz beef with taco seasoning, 2 oz shredded cheddar, 2 oz sour cream
Dinner would usually just be a piece of meat of some sort, like a baked chicken leg quarter or something like that.

Well..since I make my own taco seasoning , I decided to put all the spices into fitday. OMG! apparently just the spices going into my taco salad made up about 10g of carbs alone!

Am I now doomed to eating plain, boring meats with no seasonings?

here's the recipe I usually use for seasoning beef for taco salads and burritos.

And carb creep does show up sometimes where we least expect it.

Thanks. That's very similar to the recipe I use as well.
