Cinderella got it right---- and im so tired i cant remember the brand she said though I JUST read it. Oh, duh, biotene. Gotta check the carbs though. News Flash Yall, I think teaching Kindergarten causes early alzeimers' cause I'm not quite 50 and my short term memory right now is about 20 seconds. And No, i didn't get all 8 bottles of water down, I was so busy and I had to go to br every 12 seconds and I still couldn't drink it all in a 13 hour day. Sigh. Take care good friends, too tired even to post to my journal, which was my intention,

Not gonna give up, not enough food or water today, but no cheats either.

We ALL have brain farts, so don't worry about it.
I understand about the water and peeing but I seem to eat constantly! Maybe that's why the scale isn't moving much!

Wish I could make myself eat more. That sounds funny from someone who STILL weighs over 200 lbs. Keep lowcarbing. try fitday and log your foods, its not perfect for locarb but its free and it helps give you a picture of calories and nutrients, even though we dont really count calories. For me, i found i have to work really hard to get enough calcuim and iron, even though i eat mostly meat, potassium is also a prob since i quit drinking oj. Gave me some info to use to find a supplement that would help.
Take care. Anybody have time to check the carbs on the biotene?
my mouth is dry and smells like death breath, but in my case I know i am not getting even half the water i need. Im taking this one bottle at a time, lol.

I don't know how it could have any, I have the tube right here and the ingreds are:
Potassium Nitrate, Sodium monofluorophosphate and the other ingreds. are all mineral type things as well. I don't have the box but if I think of it I will look at the store but as long as we are not "eating it" I don't think there is a problem. Even if it's 1 carb, so is gum and as long as our carb count is under 20 it should be fine.

In the middle of the night I sleepily wondered if SPLENDA makes your mouth drier. Last time I locarbed I didn't use any sugar substitutes and I didn't have dry mouth. In the cold light of day, I figure I just don't drink enough water, and I didn't stay on long enough before to really get the symptoms of Ketosis. Off for a water break~

If our mouths are dry then we are craving water and our bodies need it so we may as well drink it. Just think the fat is being burned up in your body and the ashes need to get flushed out with water. Every sip could result in more weight loss, so keep on drinking! Here ya go, this is the water dance! And this insane hyper guy is a reminder to drink your water! OMg! They make me dizzy! but anytime you see them it will remind you guys to drink your water!
