I have about 3 breakfasts I will alternate, and sometimes, I do eat the same thing for breakfast 2 or 3 mornings in a row.
1. LC muffin of some sort with cream cheese.
2. French toast cottage cheese(a few drops of vanilla, sweetener, and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon stirred in) with usually 2 strips of bacon on the side
3. a bowl of hot Maggie's cereal (recipe in the cooking forum)
For lunch I usually do left overs from dinner the night before, but it's usually protein and a salad:
1. chicken caesar salad with shards of parmesean and REAL caesar dressing.
2. "pizza salad"...crisp up 10 or 12 pepperoni in the microwave, an ounce or so of mozzarella, a few olives, on romaine, and dress it with my own homemade oregano & olive oil vinergarette. Sprinkle on some parm.
I usually have 2 sf jello cups, each topped with a teaspoon of *dessert* sour cream that I keep made up in the fridge at all times. (I buy the large container of sour cream; place half in another container and add a few drops of liquid splenda and vanilla. Then I have sour cream for taco salads and cooking, and dessert sour cream.)
Adding that bit of richness to the sf jello really does the trick for me.

Henry, I eat the same thing for breakfast at least 5 days a week. It's not exactly induction but it works for me. I stir some whey protein into a container of artificially sweetened low fat yogurt, then add a couple of tablespoons all-bran. I've eaten the same thing for years. The protein help the yogurt mixture hold me over until lunch time without snacking.
I'm an egg girl myself. It really keeps my energy level up, and I'm an egg lover, so the lack of variety doesn't bother me. And since I only like eggs scrambled... well I don't even change the preparation. Although I do change what I eat with them. Mostly a veggie (or fruit when I'm in OWL)

I eat a flaxseed muffin with cream cheese for breakfast every single day. I never get tired of it, and it fills me up until I get around to thinking about lunch.
I keep fresh mixed greens (or spinach) in the fridge all the time, and a few other ingredients, like blue cheese crumbles, pre-cooked bacon (nuke it), green olives, and sunflower seeds for an anytime salad.
Not much of a fusser when it comes to menu-planning.
Hello everyone I haven't posted in quite awhile. I tend to get busy and forget to log on to my forums. I am currently looking at all my cookbooks to get some variety as I tend to eat the same thing everyday. It's usually a meat and lowcarb veggie for dinner, my lunch is usually on the go so I tend to eat something easy like a Hebrew National hotdog and a veggie. Hebrew Nationals have very little fillers and they are only 1 carb per hotdog. or a chicken salad with plenty of veggies. Breakfast is usually a shake or if I have extra time I will boil a couple of eggs. My shake has quite alot of things added like berries and spinach. I can't really taste the spinach and it does add to my veggie count otherwise I probably don't eat enough. I have really only recently discovered Daikon Radishes, they make an excellent potato substitute. Of course I haven't had potatoes in awhile so anyone else probably could tell the difference. I ordered some lowcarb bread from Vivalowcarb website and it is excellent. I also got some Dixie Diner bake mix and am looking forward to some holiday treats. Hope everybody had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Judy![]()

I like to eat leftovers for breakfast if I have any. So my breakfast can range from any variety of egg dishes to leftovers of meat and vegetables from the night before. I do not eat lunch and do not eat snacks usually. The "mock danish", the "one minute muffin" or strawberries and yogurt with some DaVinci's strawberry syrup is a common breakfast for me also (not all at the same meal!). We almost always have salad every night. Lately my favorite has become the cauliflower substituting it for potatoes or rice. Also in Dana Carpender's books she recommends adding onions, mushrooms and/or peppers to just about everything and I have enjoyed doing that. Really adds flavor to the meal.
