 Hi to all I have spent some time reviewing blogs, forums, faq's etc., in an effort to avoid asking some trite newbie questions. First of all, this seems to be a very caring, compassionate community. My username is the license plate version of serendipity, and I feel serendipitous having come across this site. I hope to have the privelege of getting to some of you as I embark upon this journey. So for now, hello, and thanks for having me.  |

| Re: Hi to all Welcome! You'll find this a nice group of genuinely friendly and helpful people. Don't be timid about asking questions, no matter how trite you might think they might be. That's how you learn. So, ask any question you want, you'll get good answers here. I wish you much success on your low carb journey. |

I have found lots of good tidbits of information and encouragement here on this forum. I look forward to getting to know you better and working on this journey of weight loss together!
