HI there everyone
just wanted to drop in and say howdy. i decided tonight that enough is enough and i am going to loose weight.i have done it before and i can do it again. first thing i am going to do is limit my time on this contraption called a computer. i find myself on this thing sometimes 5-6 hours a night.
i am cutting it down to 1 hour.
i figure me being lazy and playing on this thing is one of the reasons i have gained so much weight so i am going to use it to lose weight. i am glad
i have found a place i can come to for support and a good resource at that. looking forward to chatting with everyone.
