I am ready to start my low carb tomorrow morning.. am going to cook my breakfasts for the week today so i dont skip meals that is really a big problem with me i dont eat until noon them i over eat because i am so hungry. i am going to do atkins have read the book cover to cover.. now i am ready to jump right in.are there any good challenges going on for the month of April. anyone Know? well need to start cooking talk to you all later
