 New and Happy Hi Everyone, Just wanted to say Hi. I have been at some level of low carb (more or less) since 2003. I maintained my weight of 140lbs for about 3 years and then medical issues and quitting smoking I have gained 36lbs on my 5'4" frame. I have been back on Atkins induction for 14 Days and have felt great since day one. I look forward to getting to know everyone here. LeeAnn   |
