 Hello Again!! Thought I would say hi. I used to post quite a bit but fell off the LowCarb wagon due to health problems BUT seem to have them figured out and today is day 6 on low carb and down 13.5 lbs. Woo Hoo. So far so good. Will enjoy getting to know folks here and much success to all. Kerry
