Welcome upaspin.

The best way to start is to "dust off" your copy of DANDR and start to re-read it. That will help you get back into the swing of things.

Two hints: Remember to drink your water and don't leave out the raw green leafy veggies on induction.

Hope you'll make yourself at home here.

I'm starting over, too, after regaining what I lost on Atkins originally you. It helps to know you are not alone, doesn't it?

Welcome!

I have found that weight creep seems to happen when we lose focus on the mechanics of what makes a controlled carb lifestyle a sustainable WOE. Reading DANDR again is a great way to regain that focus. You have been successful with this WOE before and it will work for you again. Good luck on your journey.

Thank you everyone for your support. I totally forgot how I can feel full and still lose weight. I have lost 3lbs since Friday. I know it is just water right now, but it is still very motivating
