Hi Everyone,
Under recommendation from my naturopath... i'm starting LCE. I have 10 kilos to lose, and it's been almost a year and they still aren't coming off, so i have to try something a bit drastic to kick my body in to fat burning mode.
I'm currently in week two - and found week one quite diffucult. I had to do 20 grams a day, and it was hard hard hard.
I was spot on for the first week, but then the fri sat and sun i didn't do very well at 40 grams... which i'm very disappointed with.
I lost 0.5 kilo in a week, which isn't bad, but the naturo said most ppl would lose about 2 kilos in the first week :(
I'm feeling pretty hungry most of the time, which i know i shouldn't, and i'm struggling with the heavier diet.
I'm used to eating a lot of fresh fruit, vegetables and whole grains and the adjustment is really hard.
But i'll stick at it and hopefully things improve.
I have been exploring this website all day and it has some fantastic information and great articles... can't wait to sink my teeth in to more of it
