| Hi this is my first time at this site. Hi everyone.. I am on day 4 of my new w.o.l (way of life). Anyways gotta ready for work. I am a lager I usually go to the gym at 5 am till 7 am. But fridays are my days off. I am an avid runner. I run marathons, half, whole does not matter. Currently I am comming off a hip injury and just getting back to running after a month being off from it. It is slow. I ran 3 yseterday, still pain in hte hip LOL.. Looking forward to meeting all of you.. |

| Thanks everyone.. I am off to do spin class and aqua fit.. which aqua fit is my first try and because I don't look fab in a bathing suit so by me going and not going to care is big for me, cause this is about me. and once I am in no one is going to see me anyways.. So this is are first weekend of not drinking, and not eating a bunch of crud. |
