| Hi... I miss chocolate too .. sometimes more than others ... I was a chocolate (Before LCE) milk drinker ... with dinner and sometimes in between. I made some things suggested from reading I found on this group. I usually made two or three of them and added a lot of calories from the heavy cream... while it didn't affect my weight or my blood sugar .. it really just made me want more chocolate ... Kathy. Are you following a particular plan? There are lots of ways to get a l/c chocolate fix. For the holidays, I make chocolate peanut butter truffles. For a cold morning, I add cocoa to my morning bowl of Maggie's cereal to make what I call warm chocolate pudding for breakfast. Then there is the 3 minute chocolate cake for a quick dessert. There are lots of recipes that can give you a chocolate fix and still keep you on plan. Good luck.

| I like Blue Diamond's Almond Breeze. They have plain, vanilla and chocolate, all unsweetened (make sure to look that it's not sugar sweetened!), and if I need chocolate milk, I just put in a bit of sweetener. I use it for my morning protein shake, too. I buy mine through Netrition, but some grocery stores carry it, too. Just none in my little tiny town! I like to add cocoa powder to my One Minute Muffin, adding just a bit more sweetener, if I need a quick chocolate fix. Perhaps we need to start a Chocolate Only thread, for those of us who just love the stuff!

| try a search for Chocolate in the searchbox, and I'll bet you get some ideas! Even us LCers can happily enjoy treats if we make sensible choices.
