Hello everyone. My name is Renee and I am no stranger to low carb living. I started my weight loss journey in 2002 after having my third child at 218 lbs. Using low carb eating I managed to lose 60 lbs. I have always kept the weight off and lost 15 lbs with low calorie dieting in the last 6 months. It left me hungry and cranky! I am back and ready to eat the way that I should be. This way of eating helped me lose weight and feeling good doing it. Ready to lose the last 20 lbs and maintain it!
