I think that, if you and baby are doing ok, you've probably found your "maintenance" level ---the number of carbs that will not cause you to gain, put will not put you into ketosis. Atkins does not recommend the very low carb approach during pregnancy or nursing, since it hasn't been well studied. Welcome to LCE!
