| Just wondering if anyone else out there is nursing while lc eating? I stay under 50 per day and have had great results while nursing and am just wondering what any other moms have experienced |

| I think that, if you and baby are doing ok, you've probably found your "maintenance" level ---the number of carbs that will not cause you to gain, put will not put you into ketosis. Atkins does not recommend the very low carb approach during pregnancy or nursing, since it hasn't been well studied. Welcome to LCE!
