| Bama. I am 5'11" and weigh 159.5 as of this morning. I once weighed 202 after the birth of my twins and have always battled my weigh. About 5 years ago I lost 60 pounds eating low carb. I kept it off until last year when I slipped up and gained about 25 lbs. I have lost 10 but can't move the rest. I have plenty of will power as most uf us do but this diet is the only thing that has ever worked for me. All the others were harder and on top of that, they were not working. I need to jump start my diet again and need some help. Bama |

| Welcome, Bama! Glad to have you with us. Here at LCE, we specialize in helping folks through those "humps" and learning the skills to maintain losses, too. So I think you're in the right place. What plan do you follow? And I'm gathering from what you're saying that you're hoping to lose another 15 pounds or so and, of course, maintain it, right? The last few pounds tend to take the most patience, but don't consider it a "diet that's dragging on." If you do it right, this time can also be used to integrate the way of eating more into your lifestyle until the idea you're on a diet will no longer occur to you. That's pretty much the golden ring, y'kno? To have it become just part of what you do... But tell us more about what you're doing, and we can likely help you figure out if you're offtrack a bit, or if the rate you are losing is to be expected. Especially in the last mile, "pauses" are TOTALLY normal and don't necessarily mean you're doing something wrong.
