Good morning... I've been a long-time lowcarber (started in 1999, stayed on the wagon until about 2003... fell off the wagon from 2004 to 2007 while in law school, back on the wagon in 2008 and lost nearly a fourth of myself in the past year.)

I fell off the wagon a bit over the holidays and during a vacation and I'm struggling to get back on... I'm hoping to steal a bit of inspiration here.. and to lose that dreaded last 20 lbs!

The nice thing about the past six months... even though I haven't lost very much (a pound here or there) is that I have learned how to maintain my weight! What a joy to have always been within a few lbs of my lowest weight!

Now... I just want to get BELOW that low weight!!
