I just found this Forum today when I was doing a search for a Low Carb recipe.
I am really enjoying looking around.
I have been following Atkins since Oct 10, 2008 this time. Since then I have lost 41 lbs. Because I was not buying or cooking anything Low Carb my husband found himself eating more and more Low Carb and paying attention to labels. He really started watching what he eats this Jan and he has lost 30 lbs. More importantly he now requires only a 5th of the Insulin he took at the start of the year.
I no longer have pain from Bursitus and Arthritus or issues from Gastric Reflux.
I hope to get to know some of you and I will be reading the wealth of information I see here.
