Greetings fellow low carbers. I am Cindy in Santa Fe, NM and would love to take off a few "extra" pounds and figure I'd do low carb as Atkin's worked, but I gained 10 back and still had 20 to lose. So I'm trying South Beach and I hope I can keep the weight off. I like to hike with my dogs and ride with my husband on his motorcycle.
