I've just committed to a low carb life but I'm not new to low carb and it's the only thing that works for fat loss and control over my addiction to sugar/refined carbs. Love your blog and motivational articles, keep 'em comin'!

There are many forums online and I work a lot but I chose yours to join because it's warm and welcoming and it felt right for me. I hope to watch many of you transform over the months as you watch me do the same!
