 Re: Hello from Journey I'm not following any plan to the letter. I am closer to a Barry Groves type plan. Very high fat, adequate protein, low carbs. I eat very little (minute amounts) dairy, very little fruit, no grains/wheat, very little poly fat, and of course no sugar. I bumped up the fat last week and I see a HUGE difference in weight loss.  |
