Mindy. What plan are you following? If you are bored with what you are eating, it is your fault. There are lots of excellent low carb recipes available. In fact, I have more recipes that I have copied but not yet tried than recipes that I make because I like them. Here is a link where I post my daily menus. Most of the dishes are, or can be made for induction level of carbs.Five A Day: The COLOR way! Many of the recipes I use are posted in the cooking forum. Look around and see what appeals to you.

| Mindy - Welcome to LCE! The trick to long term success at LC is really learnig how to cook LC. It takes a little while to get the hang of how to do it, what to substitute for traditional carby ingredients in recipies and whatnot. I second Henry's suggestion you take a look at the cooking forums and recipes, as that's a great place to start. And a simple LC cookbook can be indepensible. I like Dana Carpenter's in particular, as the recipes are pretty basic and I'm a pretty basic cook! Imagination and experimentation are very important and will help a lot. So be patient and don't be afraid to try new recipes. That's how you do it.
