Default New here but not new to low carb

Hello everyone,
I was on Atkins about 3 years ago and lost 40, but due to alot of stupid reasons, I stopped and gained it back plus.
In the near future I will be going thru alot of stress full times and I know I always use food as a comfort, and I cant afford to gain more weight, At 355 I am surely feeling the weight and it is affecting me is all areas.
I am also Celiac and wasn't really doing that diet, and I was in soo much pain and all.
So 8/1/09 I started Atkins and gluten free.
Was a slow start for Atkins as I couldnt go shopping this this past Thursday, but what I ate was still on Atkins but the veggies/Salad wasnt as much. (meaning I had none if it wasn't on the approved list)
I will weight my self on Monday and see. I don't expect alot of loss but any is better then gaining!!
Looking forward to knowing you all
Sandi

Welcome Sandi! I've never seen that yellow circle before so I can't answer that question for you. Looking forward to getting to know you also.

Welcome Sandi! It's great to have you here!

I am not sure why you have gold circle with 100 on it. The only thing I can think of is you joined the hundreds club maybe? I dunno. I'm sure if Dixie sees this, she'll know.

Just keep telling yourself, this is a lifestyle change, which has to be done for the rest of your life. Settle in and explore all the WONDERFUL recipes available. They are boundless. You don't starve on this lifestyle, trust me!
