Hi All - I'm close to one year with LCE. Time Flies. I'm maintaining my initial weight loss and eating healthy and keeping my Blood Sugar normal. I'm able to add portions of food I cut out and still keep off meds. I'm baking Kale chips for a snack alternative to a little popcorn now and then. I can have 1/4 cup of Breyers ice cream if I've had no other carbs - but don't do it that often. I have to stay off potato of any size, kind or shape. Lots of family stuff making me depressed but I tend to not eat enough now instead of eating too much. I'm still here (smile) Hope everyone is doing well. I've been averaging under 30 carbs a day ... most days but don't track it as compulsively as I used to ... pretty much know what I can and can't eat. I started Facebook with encouragement of my brother's wives and having fun finding friends from grade school and such - relatives - etc.
