Talking New here...restarting LC
Just ran across this site. I'm excited. It looks like a lot of inspiration and helpful spurring on! I lost 75 pounds doing lowcarb but the last year I've let 25 of those pounds creep back. I'm starting week two of induction and am determined to stay on course. I'll be reading...Rhondi

Thanks for the welcome. I'm following atkins and am now in week two of induction. last week was a breeze this week having to watch myself. Not cheating but nervously grazing on allowed foods.
