Hi,

I am RiaKat, just turned 46 and have been diagnosed with Type II diabetes. I am here because I know LC works! That said, I also know that I fully participate in self sabotage....and I do not know how to stop this.

As I said, I know LC works because at one time I was a success story and felt on top of the world. I have absolutely no true idea, other than plain laziness, as to how I've come back to the starting point ... again. This time, however, there are serious health issues involved. I want so much more .... than hating myself, my body, bursting into tears in dressing-rooms.... I avoid the mirror on a daily basis or rather, I only LOOK above the shoulders. I no longer want this!!!

So, I am back on this journey and I would like some friends that know and understand where I am, where I am going.....and hopefully to share in the successes of each small victory and celebrate the big ones. The last journey was a lonely one...I do not wish to be alone on this one. So, please join me......
