| Today I had coffee (a rarity for me) for breakfast, 2 cheeseburgers, hold the buns, for lunch (on the road) and chicken fajitas, no tortillas for dinner..that consisted of chicken, lots of onions, lettuce, cheese, sour cream. I didn't get much vegetables in today and I'm hungry tonight so I'm going to go outside and pick some tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini and slice some cheese for a snack. I will be working out later. Probably an exercise tape. Tomorrow is weight lifting day, plus 18 holes of golf. I'm already planning to charcoal a chicken and sautee mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, and onions. a big salad with romaine lettuce sounds good too. |

| good, I'm down 4 pounds this morning. I walked two miles at midnight last night (it's ok, small town, two big dogs). I'm getting ready to golf 18 holes this afternoon and I'll grab a hamburger (no bun) on the way. I'm really able to tell the thyroid med. is helping. I'm not having any anxiety or depression, no lethargy and I'm feeling much like my old self again. YEA! |

| another good day! lunch; 2 cheeseburgers, no bun lots of water, dinner is big salad with romaine lettuce, broccoli, bacon, cheese, mushrooms, chicken strips, and ranch dressing. I walked the golf course today. shot pretty well, was 2 above par.. looking forward to another good day. |

| did ok today, not great. I walked but only in the context of shopping. breakfast: coffee lunch: 1/4 sandwich afternoon snack: 1/4 sandwich evening snack: string cheese nuts dinner: romaine lettuce onion nuts, seeds, bacon broccoli mushrooms dressing clothes felt really tight today but it's a week when clothes will feel snug at this point. overall I felt good. |
