I'm going to give this journal thing a try. I'm not very good about talking to others about my life. It makes me feel like I'm being a dork or something. You guys seem so nice though.
Being able to talk about my wieght loss I think will really help me with the process. If anyone is willing to talk please feel free. I'd really like a friend on this site.
So far my weight loss is coming along okay. I guess.
I started out at 210lbs in July and I'm now down to 188lbs.

Does anyone have any suggestions for OWL. I'm really stuck.

Wow, that's a great loss! Congrats!!! Don't worry about sounding dorky in your journal. I have journals dating back more than 15 years, and going back and reading them....they sound dorky. I think it's the nature of journaling.

Oh, and welcome to the Christmas challenge, too!! Nice to see you giving the journal-thing a try!!!

Cheers!

Well it's been one week and I've lost 3lbs, 2 inches from by bust, and 1 inch from my waist, hips, and thighs for a total of 5 inches. I'm feeling very good about this diet so far and thanks for the replies they help a lot.
