I tend to lose more in inches then lbs, if you have not yet taken your measurements I would now!

Thank you both for the helpful hints. I will take my measurements tonight and see how that turns out.

I get discouraged very easily. On this diet does your weight often go up and down?

Well fo far so good. It was a real work taking off those three pounds and since then well i've been doing good. I feel really good about his diet.
Yesterday I put a pair of shorts on that used to fit really tight and now they fit rather loose. It's a great boost for the self-esteem.
I'm at a loose size 16, comfortable size 14 and would like to be a size 12.
I hope I can do it.

Congratulations! I'm following in your footsteps, not far behind.. Comfortable 16 pants, pushing toward a 14, and eventually, hopefully an 8.

Good luck to you.
I want to hit a size 12 and then see where I go from there. I am making little goals to see where I want to get too. I would love to be a size 10 but we'll see.

Today I'm feeling pretty good and very scared.
I feel good because I took my measurements and I was down about 1 1/2.
My baby sister is having heart surgery tommorrow and she is going in for preparation today. Barbara is only 8 years old and she is very scared as is our family. I'm a nervous wreck today.
