ok then I will definitely go and check out that area. For me bliss = complacency so I've gained back quite a few pounds since being married. You know that old story if he likes me fat why get thin. Not that I was ever getting thin for some man but any excuse not to face the music. I've got to get motivated adn back on track my start date is july 6 due to a work party july 5 but I am cutting out all of the sugary crud I've fallen into eating again starting now as well as getting my butt on the treadmill in the morning.
