| 12-25-03 Walked .5 mile. Ate NO carbs at dinner instead I ate green beans, collard greens, ham, turkey, and beef. 12-26-03 Walked .5 mile cleaned the kitchen and dining room. Danced to music. I was a dancehall queen! 12-27-03 Rode bike up and down the street for a total of about 20-30 minutes. Trying to teach Marcos how to use the new roller blades he got for Christmas. Cleaned some more. Ate horribly today. I have no appetite so it's hard to remember to eat when I'm running around, cleaning, changing diapers and out and about. Rode the bike .5 mi to Elvia's with Brianna on the handle bars. THAT was exercise! B: 1 scrambled egg & sausage L: Cabbage D: salad w/ cucumbers, chicken 12-28-03 No exercise today. Still ate like crap. B: 6 slices Turkey spam L: HUGE salad at Sweet Tomatoes w/ cucumbers, cheese, jicama, eggs, ranch dressing, bacon bits D: Blackened salmon & salad 2 Tbs natural peanut butter wish I would have suggested that we go to Ruby Tuesday's instead. At least I would have spent $7 on real cooked food and been able to try their low carb menu. I've been wanting to go to Sweet Tomatoes but I won't be going there anymore. My curiousity has been satisfied. 12-29-03 Hoping to get some exercise in today at lunch at least 30 minutes worth. If not I'll definitely get it in when I get home before I cook dinner. Fish is already prepped and salad isn't too hard to prepare! Projected menu B: 3 salmon patties (yumm!) L: 3 salmon patties, cabbage, 1/2 c green beans D: Lemon pepper fish, w/ salad (cucumbers and cesar dressing) This may be my last week on induction.Wasn't supposed to really have that peanut butter yesterday. So I guess I would have to call that a cheat. Although it was only 6 carbs and Natural. It's such GOOD peanut butter! I'm impressed. I definitely don't have to worry about missing my favorite snack spread! Proactive not reactive!! 222/211/165 |

| I'm going to weigh in today. I want to wait until tomorrow but I can't! I've been exercising pretty regularly now. I walked 1 1/2 mile yesterday and ate my allowed carbs. I've walked a 1/2 mi today and plan to go home and get some cardio in. Hopefully within the next 2 weeks I can start going to the gym maybe or getting my own weights. If there's no change in the scale I'm going to move on to OWL. Get those numbers a-movin'! Proactive not reactive!! 222/211/165 |
