Did lots of activity today! We have three feet of dead space between our sidewalk and our house. Today I dug down 3", the entire length and width of this space so DH could lay weed-proof fabric and river rock there. My arms ache, and I know tomorrow they're going to feel worse than they do right now. LOL!

I was a bad, bad girl yesterday. I ate a chicken gyro for lunch....wrap and all...then had General Tso's Chicken for dinner, no rice, though. I'm pretty sure I'm going to post a gain on Monday. Just a gut feeling. I need to really force water tomorrow. I was doing that today, but didn't get my gallon in because I was working so hard. BAD GIRL!!

Anyway, I'll post stats tomorrow. Too tired tonight. Night!!

Cheers!

OMG, the past 2 days have been a blur! My parents were in over the weekend and that always prompts sleep problems from the kids. Well, in the past 3 nights, I've gotten 6 hours of sleep total. Needless to say, my menus have been screwy. I haven't binged, but I haven't eaten well, either. I'm going to see if I can sort them out and get them posted. I'm hopping back on the wagon today and I'm going to get all of my water in. I haven't weighed yet because of the bad days that I've had. I'm sure from not drinking anything, I'm probably retaining. Anyway, we'll see how today/tonight goes. I'm hoping for a miracle or I'm going to need to be committed!!!

Cheers!

Thanks for the support, Febe!! I really appreciate and needed it!! And congrats on your loss!! That's fabulous!

Things are starting to turn the corner here. The kids have successfully slept thru the night 2 nights in a row now. DH and I are once again beginning to look/act human. LOL!! I'm just coming off TOM, so I haven't been wanting to hop on the scale....that, and with the screwy sleep/eating, I'm sure things were up. But, I've gotten my water in for the past couple of days, and I actually had a decent menu yesterday! WOOHOO!! I feel that things are getting back on track. I'm not going to weigh until Monday, tho, which is my normal weigh in day. I'd be too disappointed to see the number.

Cheers!

OK, DH is out of town this week. I'm concentrating hard on getting back on the wagon as far as logging my food in Fitday and I've vowed to exercise at least 3 times this week. I told DH I wanted to post a loss for his return next week. We'll see how it goes!!

OK, here's yesterday's stats:

Total: 1742
Fat: 142 1278 74%
Sat: 57 511 29%
Poly: 24 220 13%
Mono: 48 429 25%
Carbs: 56 148 9%
Fiber: 19 0 0%
Protein: 77 308 18%
Alcohol: 0 0 0%

I didn't get my official exercise in yesterday, but I did take the kids to the park and chased them all over the place.

I weighed this morning and I maintained over TOM last week. At least I didn't gain. Whew!

Since things have gotten back on track with the kids, I think I can start getting back on track, too. About time!!!

Cheers!

I've been SO dang good today....except for the breve latte...but I did only get a medium. AND I think it'll fit into my carb count...may be high on cals tho. I'm not going to worry about it. I'm just happy that I haven't porked out on legal stuff like I have been lately. I've made a connection...the later I stay up, the more I snack. I'm going to bed early tonight. Besides, I could use the sleep. Man, do I miss Mike. It's so hard to sleep without him next to me. Anyway, I'm chowing and surfing, I'll post my Fitday totals after the kids hit the hay.

Cheers!

Boy was it hard to journal while DH was gone! Just no time at all. But now he's back and tomorrow, I'm starting induction again!! I decided to jump on the bandwagon. I think doing a clean induction will help me. I'm also going to start routinely exercising again. That's another thing that went by the wayside. I'm pretty sure that will kick up my weight loss, too. OK, so much for my little personal pep talk...it all starts tomorrow! Woohoo!!!

Now I have a real goal, too. I just rec'd an invitation to a friend's 10 year anniversary party...and it's formal. I have to look go-od in a formal dress by December 28th. More motivation for me, I guess!!! I'm feeling good about this, too. It'll keep me focused.

Cheers!

So, this is day 1 of induction. So far, so good!! I think it's going to do a lot of good for me. It doesn't hurt to get back to being conscious of and measuring what I eat.

Cheers!

The end of day 1 of re-induction. I feel pretty good. Ate lots of veggies today. Felt really good. I'm going to have to watch my cheese intake, tho. I tend to snack on cheese and I think that may pose a problem, but we'll see. I'm not going to stress about it right now. Just going to continue with induction and see what happens in 14 days. I'm hoping for a whoosh!!!

Cheers!

Hi Jen,

I checked out your journal and we have a few things in common. Both of us don't get much sleep at night, we both enjoy a good breve latte and we have young children (my DD is 4) and we both LOVE music videos. All that plus the whole LC thing- geez, we're practically twins!

Good luck on your reintroduction to induction. I live there most of the time with an occasional berry or nut treat thrown in for good measure.
