| Since I havent posted in my old journal for so long, I guess it disappeared! So I am starteding a new journal. I usually post all of my general life ramblings in my journal on www.livejournal.com. (My username is jwilhunt if you are interested or are a member and want to communicate!) But here I will talk more about my LC self. So far so good for the first few days of "re-induction". I have been quite proud of myself. After going off of the wagon, I thought it was going to be hard to get back into the swing of things. However, Ive found it quite easy. Honestly, I have missed my LC way of life. There are many many reasons.. Ive exercised pretty good this week too. Yesterday I walked 1.5 miles.. and last week I made a 15 minute a day commitment to my Nordic Track. Since I walked yesterday, I didnt do my Nordic Track too.. felt that the walk was exercise enough. That Nordic Track is rough.. and I am ashamed to say that 15 minutes is about all I can take right now. It is a shame, because this time last year I was in really good shape. I have decided not to weigh until my first two weeks is over with. Hopefully I will see a considerable drop on the scales. I dont want to get discouraged, but I have heard quite a few people say that after they go off of LC and then decide to start back, their weight loss isnt like it used to be... and I hope that isnt the case with me. Status: Standing strong!
