| Just checking in to say I am still here and still working. = ) I got my elliptical machine all set up. Unfortunately after like 5 mins I nearly had a heart attack on it. I will work up tho. |

| Hi Tammi! I have my own elliptical set up beside my bed. It was my favorite machine at the gym so I stopped going and got my own to play on instead. It really burns some great calories. I was only able to do 5 minutes at first too, you'll get there! I was determined to keep trying after I embarrassingly had to get off while a lady, around 70 years old, did an hour! I had to get off and bike instead. |
